The start of the new year means the new school term is starting (in two days time). Hopefully everyone is ready & excited for this new term. Everyone JIA YOU! (:
Ok. In case you guys have forgotten about our INTSC clubroom rules & opening days, let me remind you again.
INTSC Clubroom Rules & Regulations
- The club room is a working office for INTSC. Please observe the rules of an office environment
- The ratio of guests to Management Committee members is 2:1 in the room. The ratio is to be maintained at all times unless special meetings are permitted.
- NO guests should be allowed to remain in the room if there are no Management Committee members in the office.
- Management Committee members will not hesitate to request any guests to leave if they are not in compliance with the rules.
- No guests are allowed access to the office's computer at all times.
- No papers or posters should be posted on the wall or the window.
- All notices are to be posted on the notice board in the office.
- All Management Committee members are responsible for office's cleanliness.
- Any items borrowed or removed from the office are to be recorded in the log book.
- Paper provided by the club is only use for official club purposes.
- INTSC office closes at 2200hrs. Everyone is to vacate the room unless granted special permission from Staff Advisor.
- Kindly inform the Quartermaster or Assistant Quartermaster of any defective equipment.
- No one is allowed to reveal the password of the office to ANYONE.
- Lights and air-condition should be switch off when office is not in use.
- No food and drinks are allowed to be consumed in the office.
Clubroom Opening Hours- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Open from 6pm onwards
- Tuesday & Thursday: Open for all INTSC subcomms
Yupps, that's all. Please do take note of the rules & regulations as well as the opening hours.
