There would be a FINAL MEETING being held soon in the first week of April 2007.
This would be a crucial meeting and we hope to see you guys for the last time
before the close of AY. It was a pleasure working with you guys and we would like to
thank you for all the hard work! Tentatively, the exact date has not been decided so do

Hi OLs and sub comms, Jonathan has made a video for you guys to enjoy. People involved in video and pictures are taken is during our first trip to Pulau Ubin to explore the island before OLTC. You might not see your faces there but we promise another OLTC capture kukubin Video with the OLs photos in it. =) Enjoy!

ATTENTION TO ALL ORIENTATION LEADERS WANNABES

Dear OLs, please report to camp on 14 March, 12pm sharp at LT4.

Attention to all OLs and OLTC Sub Committee members.

For those who have not handed in their indemnity form and medical form for OLTC 2007 (14th March to 16th March 2007), please note that you will have to hand them up by the 12th March 2007 (Monday), by 2pm. The collection point for the forms will be in the INTSC Clubroom (white container located in IT School Carpark). Please hand in $7 for your OLTC t-shirt as well by that time.

The INTSC Management Committee must highlight that unless all the necessary forms have been handed in and signed appropiately with the necessary information, you will not be able to attend the camp.

We seek your understanding in this administrative matter as we have to plan as accordingly to the number of participants coming for the camp. We also hope that all of you take this issue seriously as safety is a major concern during this camp.

INTSC would also like to thank those who made the effort to come down on 9th March 2007 to submit their necessary documents. Some even came immediately after their working hours. We want to let you know that we really appreciate your sincerely and we promise you a camp that will definitely be unforgettable! :D

For your information,

The Orientation Leader Training Camp (OLTC), will be held in

school and NOT in Pulau Ubin.

Please take note that you will be sleeping in school, not in Pulau Ubin.

The reporting time and venue will be posted on the blog on a later date.
Camp Dates 14-16 March 2006 as stated earlier on.

Idemnity form and consent form

Camp joining instructions

For OLs, you guys will be paying $7 for your OL camp t-shirt and submit your signed idemnity forms by this Friday, 09/03/07, to the main comms in INTSC club room.

For sub comms, as we have told you guys that you will be paying $14 for 2 shirts and hand up your consent forms by this Friday to the main comms in INTSC club room.

*PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ONLY PARTICIPANTS OVER THE AGE OF 21 CAN SIGN THE FORMS THEMSELVES, ELSE PARENTS WILL HAVE TO ENDORSE THE FORMS*

Do take note that club room opening hours is from 12pm to 5.30pm from Wednesday to Friday.

INTSC club room is located at IT block level 1, container class room area. The club room will have INT Studies Club written on the door. Please knock gently on the door. =)
