Attention to all OLs and OLTC Sub Committee members.

For those who have not handed in their indemnity form and medical form for OLTC 2007 (14th March to 16th March 2007), please note that you will have to hand them up by the 12th March 2007 (Monday), by 2pm. The collection point for the forms will be in the INTSC Clubroom (white container located in IT School Carpark). Please hand in $7 for your OLTC t-shirt as well by that time.

The INTSC Management Committee must highlight that unless all the necessary forms have been handed in and signed appropiately with the necessary information, you will not be able to attend the camp.

We seek your understanding in this administrative matter as we have to plan as accordingly to the number of participants coming for the camp. We also hope that all of you take this issue seriously as safety is a major concern during this camp.

INTSC would also like to thank those who made the effort to come down on 9th March 2007 to submit their necessary documents. Some even came immediately after their working hours. We want to let you know that we really appreciate your sincerely and we promise you a camp that will definitely be unforgettable! :D
