This annoucement applies to all the Orientation Leaders and OLTC sub comms coming for OLTC 2007.

The attatch list are the final OLs who are shortlisted by INTSC management committee for the camp. We apologise for any inconvinence caused. If your name is not found in the list, please note that you will not be in the camp. Thank you very much. (Right click save target as.)

Just in case some of you may have misplaced the forms or have not recieve the forms, you MUST download the forms from the links below.

Idemnity form and consent form

Camp joining instructions

For OLs, you guys will be paying $7 for your OL camp t-shirt and submit your signed idemnity forms by this Friday, 09/03/07, to the main comms in INTSC club room.

For sub comms, as we have told you guys that you will be paying $14 for 2 shirts and hand up your consent forms by this Friday to the main comms in INTSC club room.

*PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ONLY PARTICIPANTS OVER THE AGE OF 21 CAN SIGN THE FORMS THEMSELVES, ELSE PARENTS WILL HAVE TO ENDORSE THE FORMS*

Do take note that club room opening hours is from 12pm to 5.30pm from Wednesday to Friday.

INTSC club room is located at IT block level 1, container class room area. The club room will have INT Studies Club written on the door. Please knock gently on the door. =)
