Hi all OLs!First of all, congratulations to everyone who made it! This is just the first step, so work hard during OLTC! To those that didn't get in, don't lose heart! (:Anyways, the indemnity forms / medical declaration are now available on yousendit for downloading!

*Important:
do bring the forms when you report to camp at 12pm on Day 1,
which is 11 March 2009, at IIT Concourse.
For those that will come in later, bring your forms too!
RMB the forms must be signed if you're under the legal age of 21.
Along with the forms like any other camps, bring $7!
Also, kindly inform the Camp Commandants (Marcus, Melinda, Kang Yan)
if you're unable to attend the camp, which we really hope everyone can!Please help us to pass this message around to your friends regarding this matter. (:If any queries, please contact any of the main committee, or Melinda @ 94366543 (*thanks smelly friend!).
